From a Mong Kok side street to your corner.
Grandma Chan sold her first tray of egg tarts from a folding table in 1987. Her son brought the recipes across the ocean; her granddaughter now runs the ovens from 4 a.m. Nothing here comes from a mix. The pineapple-bun crust is still rubbed together by hand and the milk tea is still pulled through a cotton sock.
